Kartikay Sharma is an Analyst at BDA and a Ph.D. student at Concordia University. Previously, he served as Product Owner at Adaptis after beginning as a Building Decarbonization Specialist. Before that, he was a Research Associate at CEPT University’s CARBSE, where he led a 300 km² urban building energy model project using UAV photogrammetry. Kartikay’s expertise includes 3D city data modeling, geospatial/urban data science, and energy simulation software development. A Post Graduate in Building Energy Performance from CEPT University and a Civil Engineer by training, he merges data-driven modeling, advanced building analytics, and net-zero energy solutions to drive sustainability across urban environments.
