Regina Foley is the Manager of Major Projects Corporate Interface at Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro. In this role, she focuses on developing communication strategies that drive project success, enhancing cross-departmental collaboration, and aligning project requirements to facilitate strategic decisions. With over a decade of experience in the energy sector, Regina has worked on energy conservation initiatives and infrastructure deployment for Newfoundland Power and Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro. Her commitment to sustainable, community-centered solutions and environmental stewardship is also reflected in her work with Indigenous communities.
Regina is expanding her expertise through the Arctic Remote Energy Networks Academy (ARENA) and pursuing a Climate Action Certificate from Simon Fraser University. Her goal is to contribute to initiatives that promote resilience, innovation, and the well-being of communities.
