Connor is a principal consultant at Greenlight Geothermal, and leads project origination, development, and construction execution at AltCrest Energy.

Before joining Greenlight Geothermal, Connor launched a geothermal Energy-as-a-Service utility for Mattamy Asset Management, Canada’s largest residential developer, and led U.S. go-to-market strategy for the Brodie Sports Group. He began his career in the Canadian oil & gas sector advancing early-stage clean-technology ventures, giving him a pragmatic view of profitable energy transition. Connor holds an Integrated Engineering degree from Western University, where he played Quarterback for the varsity football team.
